Late Arrival: If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. Sessions will still end at the scheduled time, and the full fee will apply. 2. Distraction-Free Environment Quiet Space: Choose a quiet, private location for your session, free from interruptions. No Distractions: Ensure that your environment is free from distractions, such as TV, pets, or other people. This will help you focus entirely on the session. 3. Engagement Undivided Attention: Please give your full attention during the session. This includes avoiding multitasking or using other devices. Active Participation: Be prepared to actively participate by asking questions and discussing your concerns. 4. Preparation Preliminary Tasks: Complete all assigned preliminary tasks or questionnaires before your session (where applicable). This will help maximize the effectiveness of our time together.
