We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee on all digital products, except for items purchased at a discount or special seasonal products like the Spend With Cents Holiday Expense Planner. Refund requests for discounted products or those made after the 7-day period will not be honored.

Refunds are not available for services such as one-time coaching sessions, financial audits, discovery calls, or consultations, as these services involve valuable time and expertise already provided.

3. Financial Coaching Sessions
3.1 Booking and Scheduling
Clients are required to schedule coaching sessions in advance through our booking system. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date contact information when scheduling. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis and subject to availability.
3.2 Punctuality and Preparation
Clients are expected to arrive on time and fully prepared for each coaching session. A distraction-free environment is required to ensure focus during the session. Preliminary tasks or assignments must be completed before the session to maximize effectiveness..
3.3 Rescheduling, Cancellations, and No Shows
Clients are expected to provide at least 24 hours' notice when rescheduling a session. If a rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours' notice due to an emergency, we will do our best to honor the request and accommodate you. While we cannot guarantee the availability of a new time slot, we will make every effort to reschedule your missed session if you are enrolled in one of our coaching programs.
For clients on a pricing plan, if the cancellation or rescheduling request is made with less than 24 hours' notice and is not due to an emergency, the session will be forfeited and cannot be rescheduled. Additionally, failure to attend a session without providing proper notice will result in the session being forfeited, with no refund or rescheduling offered.
No Shows: If you do not show up for your scheduled session without any prior notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be provided.
Late Arrivals: We understand that delays can happen, so we allow a 15-minute grace period for late arrivals. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the session will be canceled and considered forfeited. If you do arrive within the grace period, the session will continue for the remainder of the scheduled time. However, we will not be able to extend the session beyond the original end time, as this would interfere with the next client's session.

3.4 No Refund Policy for Coaching Services
Refunds will not be provided for completed coaching sessions. Once a session has taken place, it is considered fulfilled, and no refunds will be offered for services rendered.
3.5 Refunds for Prepaid Packages
Prepaid coaching packages or courses are eligible for a full refund if the refund request is made before the coaching program or course begins. If the request is made after the program has started, a full refund for the remaining unused sessions within the pricing plan will be granted, provided the request falls within the terms and conditions of the specific pricing plan. No refunds will be available for sessions already conducted.

4.1 Budget Rescue
The Budget Rescue plan is designed to provide targeted financial support over a short-term period.

Bi-weekly plans: All bi-weekly plans auto-renew with a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. After this period, the plan will continue to auto-renew unless you cancel.

Monthly plans: Monthly plans are valid for one month only and do not auto-renew. You will need to manually renew or upgrade your plan if you wish to continue.
4.2 The Long Haul
The Long Haul plan provides extended financial coaching for a full year.

4.3 VIP Financial Concierge Services
Our VIP Financial Concierge Services offer premium, personalized financial coaching with ongoing support.
